The Investigation Request

A property owner requests an investigation via our "Request an Investigation" email link on our website.

The property owner receives an emailed questionnaire and replies to our team via email. If the property owner fails to reply to the questionnaire, our team attempts contact one more time.

If a completed questionnaire is received by email, our team evaluates it to determine if action is warranted.

If no action is warranted, an email is sent to the property owner with an explanation.

If action is warranted, a telephone interview is conducted with the property owner.

Our team evaluates the results of the questionnaire and telephone interview to determine if a preliminary investigation is warranted.

If no action is warranted, a telephone call is made or an email is sent to the property owner with an explanation.

If action is warranted, a preliminary investigation is scheduled and all team members are notified.

The On-Site Investigation

The Investigators arrive at the appointed time and introductions are made. The investigation begins with a videotaped tour of the property with the owner who points out locations where phenomena have occurred, describes the types of phenomena witnessed and lists the dates of events.

An EMF sweep of the property is conducted from top to bottom to establish a base line reading, to determine if there is excessive stray man-made EMF and to locate possible paranormal EMF activity.

If excessive man-made EMF is detected, instrument readings and locations are noted.

A determination is made at this time if it will be necessary to switch off power to the property later in the
Investigation to conduct a conclusive EMF sweep.

Tape recorders and video camcorders are deployed at this point to monitor areas where paranormal activity has been witnessed. trigger objects are also positioned in these areas.

The Investigators introduce themselves to the sentient discarnate personalities (Spirits) present in the location and ask permission to tape record voices and noises.

Multiple questions are asked and each question is followed by a 10-15 second pause to allow for an answer to be recorded on audio and video tape.

After 10 to15 minutes, the Investigators move to a central location in the property leaving a quiet zone around the audio and video recorders. The recorders are allowed to record undisturbed in total silence for 5 to 10 minutes.

The Investigators and the property owner return to the vicinity of the recorders. The property owner asks questions and pauses after each question to allow for an answer to be recorded. Speaking with the owner often causes sentient discarnate personalities (Spirits) to comment on the conversation.

Observations are made, photographs are taken and the sentient discarnate personalities (Spirits) are invited to move objects or make themselves known. If necessary, all man-made power is turned of at this point, and a final EMF sweep is made.

After all of the investigation procedures are accomplished, the Investigators gather their equipment, thank the sentient discarnate personalities (Spirits) for their participation and make plans to contact the property owner with an initial report.

The Investigators then repair to the nearest Waffle House for the post investigation repast!
