Magnolia Manor Spirit?

Submitted by Mallorie T. of Bolivar, TN
Digital camera photo

Mallorie wrote, "This picture was taken in Annie's Room to the right of the bed (when standing at the footboard) on October 28, 2006 at approximately 10:00 PM. I used an HP digital camera. The megapixels were set at 1 (it has a max of 3). The camera does have a strap on it, but the only way that it could have gotten in the way is for me to have held it there. My hair was in a ponytail, so that is ruled out. Also, I didn't jerk the camera or anything when the picture was taken. Those are the only things that I know of that could have caused the light. Also, I did try to recreate the pictures to see if my fingers got in the way. There is NO way that could have happened, but even if it did, the pictures I took with my fingers in front of the lens look nothing like the original."

MMSGH Comments
This photo was taken in Annie's Room during the annual Ghost Tours at Magnolia Manor in Bolivar, Tennessee. The EXIF data for this photo (shown below) indicates that the camera flash did not fire when the photo was taken which means that the image in the photo could not be an illuminated object such as a camera strap or hair. The light anomaly in the photo appears to be a self illuminating energy manifestation of some type. A full bodied apparition sighting by a credible witness occurred in this room in December 2005.
